Misha Milovanovich's prints aim to distill the themes of her practise into absorbable and easily consumed forms. On show here are all her usual trademarks: vivid colours, optical movement and energetic visual cadences which fuse a diverse repertoire of images.

Here, she presents a nail floating in space. Riffing off Surrealist motifs, most obviously that of Magritte’s floating pipe, the nail is intended as a banal symbol of defiance and submittal, as illustrated any the prints title. The distinctly pop art palette links the two movements and speaks to Misha’s penchant for referencing art history.
