We are delighted to announce our participation in the tenth-anniversary edition of Photo London 2025, with a solo presentation unveiling rare and iconic photographs by the legendary David Bailey. The art fair at Somerset House, London, runs from 15 to 18 May, with a preview day on Wednesday, 14 May.
Dellasposa Gallery’s presentation focuses on David Bailey’s defining photographic ethos: uncompromising minimalism fused with visceral authenticity. Collectors will encounter works that emanate Bailey’s unflinching eye and technical mastery honed over six decades of redefining the medium with his lens. These works represent touchstones from a visionary who reshaped our view of modern London and visual culture.
Bailey’s work will also appear in the special exhibition ‘London Lives’ at Photo London, underscoring his enduring influence on contemporary photography. Curated by critic and author Francis Hodgson, this group exhibition features thirty leading photographers celebrating London’s rich photographic heritage.
