Dellasposa’s unprecedented involvement in Photo London will manifest in a solo show dedicated to Husak, a London-based, contemporary and process-driven artist. In 2018, Husak graduated with a Masters from the Royal College of Art, having specialised in the expanded field of photography and print. Through Dellasposa’s representation, Husak will showcase artworks from the ‘Mirrored’ and ‘Trace’ series.

Husak’s photographs, comprised of pigment transfer and carbon pencil, are impressed upon sandblasted aluminium. The digital, glitching alterations found in his work contrast with the traditional art of printmaking, innovating a new and dynamic approach.

Through this unique process, Husak’s work explores the notion of the ideal, eternal beauty, established in Ancient Greek and Roman aesthetic. His figurative work represents an eternal standard of beauty and perfection. The male bale bodies are imbued with the iconographic stature of classical sculpture, the timelessness of their beauty immune to the adamant if time, of age.
