WHY COLLECT FROM DELLASPOSA?

Dellasposa represents established artists and fosters the careers of emerging artists. The work shown on Dellasposa is usually exclusive - you won’t find the same artwork on other sites or in other galleries. Each piece is carefully selected by Dellasposa and the artist. Our curated selection of art represents a variety of mediums and is diverse in price point. Dellasposa is similarly committed to supporting all types of collectors and art-appreciators - whether you’re beginning to collect or a seasoned collector, Dellasposa is a platform for you. WHEN WILL MY ARTWORK ARRIVE?

Though we cannot guarantee specific shipment dates until an order has been placed, unframed works typically arrive within 2 - 10 business days and framed works take a bit longer, usually arriving within 5 - 14 business days.   As soon your piece has shipped out, you will receive a tracking number and you can always reach out to us with any questions by emailing info@dellasposa.com

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

Dellasposa is happy offer most clients within the United Kingdom free shipping.  There is a shipping and handling charge for any artwork over £2,000.  Please feel free to reach out to info@dellasposa.com for any specific shipping and handling questions.

DOES DELLASPOSA SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

We are happy to ship artwork internationally.  To allow us to best serve you, please complete the shipping form upon checkout and try to be as detailed as possible, including a phone or mobile contact number is always helpful for international clients. There will be a shipping fee added to your order depending on the size of your piece(s) and where you would like your artwork shipped. 

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

It is our goal to make art collecting as seamless and fun as possible. If you are not completely satisfied with your new artwork, you may request a refund within 14 days of order receipt. Returns for original drawings, paintings and prints are assessed on a case-by-case basis. Any order damage or flaw can be reported to info@dellasposa.com to arrange a collection and reframe.

HOW DO I KNOW THAT THE ARTWORK IS AUTHENTIC?

We ship each artwork with a Provenance document and Certificate of Authenticity, which is signed by the founder of Dellasposa, to guarantee you are collecting an authentic work of art. The certificate includes the title, dimension, materials, and all details of the artwork as well as edition series information.  As a collector, it will be important to hold onto your certificate as it will help with the future value of the work adding provenance and context around your acquisition of the piece.

CAN DELLASPOSA ARRANGE STUDIO VISITS FOR COLLECTORS? 

Dellasposa’s mission is to connect our artists with collectors interested in their work. If there is a Dellasposa artist whose work you would like to see in person, please write us at info@dellasposa.com, and we will gladly arrange a visit by special appointment. 

 IF I LOVE AN ARTIST'S WORK, CAN I COMMISSION A NEW piece?

For special commissions, please reach out to info@dellasposa.com and we’d be happy to discuss a special size or potential commission for a new original work with the artist on your behalf.  Dellasposa will provide the artist creative guidance and will be sure that you are satisfied with the work produced. We’ll also gladly help facilitate any production, payment processing, and shipping need to bring the work into your collection.
